Info Session in Crystal City on Feb. 7

Join us for an evening information session in Crystal City on Wednesday, February 7, from 6:15 – 7:30 pm. Professor Mike Smith will give an overview of the Accelerated Master’s Program followed by time for Q & A and conversation. A light supper will be provided. GRE waived for all AMP applicants

The GRE General Test is no longer a requirement for admission to the Accelerated Master’s Program in Systems Engineering. Candidates for admission who have taken the test may submit their scores to serve as an additional information point for the review committee to consider, but it is no longer a required part of the application.

Veterans in AMP ’18 Featured on NBC 29 News

Lowell Rose from WVIR NBC 29 News interviewed veterans in the Accelerated Master’s Program in Systems Engineering about their experiences in the program and the enhanced skills and pathway to rewarding careers it provides to veterans. The November 3 news story in honor of Veterans Day showed the class in action and included interviews with veterans Zach Fenn, Pete Beaumont and AMP Veterans Coordinator Tom Brett.

Visit the AMP

Come to Charlottesville and see the AMP in action on one of our class weekends. During your visit you will have the opportunity to observe class, meet faculty and the program manager, and talk with current students during breaks and meals. Class visits will be arranged for a mutually agreeable time and can be tailored to your interests and goals.
