UVA and the MITRE Corporation have partnered on a one-year systems engineering program for federal employees. Government employees selected for the MITRE Systems Engineering Fellowship Program gain project and research experience working with experts at MITRE’s facility in McLean, VA, and they earn their master’s degrees through the UVA Accelerated Master’s Program in Systems Engineering in Charlottesville. The next cohort of MITRE SE Fellows begins this May. The deadline for the MITRE portion of the application process is April 1, 2019.
